iWam.com's Complete Wam Guide
Substances

Looking some ideas for what to wam in next? Here are some suggestions!

  Baby Oil
Leaves skin soft after you're done wamming. Use dish detergent in the shower instead of regular soap to get more of it off. It's usually scented, but an unscented alternative is plain mineral oil, which is also thicker and less expensive. But plain baby oil permits a good texture between you and your lover's skin is you wam during sex.

  Baby Oil Gel
Pay a little more and get this think baby oil in your local drug or grocery store.  It's thicker and smoother than regular baby oil, but not as thick as, say, vaseline. It is a nice way to keep the oil on the body whereas regular oil will drip everywhere! Dampen your skin first for for a more slick experience. Absorbs into the skin quicker. It's basically mineral oil with all sorts of hydrogenated ingredients added to make it thick.

Baby Shampoo
Slime Blower from Ghostbusters.net recommends, "I Bo Holbrook wish to bring to you the perfect Ectoplasm. I spent many hours looking for something with correct consistancy as the Methyllcellulose Powder and Water mixture used in the movie. I have found the perfect, Non-Toxic, Non-Staining, Non-Hurtful thing to use. That thing is Johnsons No more Tears Baby Shampoo. It's Yellow thats the only downside. But it's the proper consistancy and you can put it all over yourself and not worry about getting your eyes burned and whatnot. Just buy yourself a few bottles, Open spout and pour on yourself or into a sampling jar... For the pink slime used in the slime blowers look around for conditioners. They have the correct texture and color." [Or you could just buy methylcellulose for 1/100th of the price!]

  Baked Beans
Unique in that you can squish the beans and feel them mush in your hands. Can have some nice coverage if you smush them. Some people like the feel of the beans sliding down their skin. Watch the tomato sauch though--it can stain. Eat some and have fun farting afterward.

  Butter/margarine
Less often used, but these have a unique creamy, soft, oily texture unlike any other.  Use margarine; butter stinks if left on a while.

  Caramel
Somewiggie suggests, "Caramel and some other more viscous messy items can be fun if they are heated slightly." But don't heat it too much, and make sure it's stirred, or you'll be looking at 3rd degree burns!

  Cake Batter
Shokolada recommends: "If you want to make it a little less gooey and sticky, avoiding the use of the oil recommended on the box is a good thing.  Though I like the feel it adds, Shoksy hates it, so we usually don't use it.  Cleanup is also easier this way." It's also "cheaper as well as slightly less obnoxious to clean up," he adds.

  Cake Frosting
From Shokolada: "Don't forget cake frosting! It can be intensely erotic to frost your lover as if he or she were simply a giant cake, complete with writing and little designs in icing, and even birthday candles (if you do this, though, I don't recommend keeping them lit for long!) Cake frosting, especially in thick layers, feels quite good between two bodies.  It's quite sugary and sticky, and a lot of hot water is suggested for cleanup."

  Clay
A very smooth mud made from igneous rocks. It's smooth because of its very fine particles, and because it has hydrous aluminum silicate which makes it plastic when mixed with water (see Wam Clay Buyers Guide). Safer and possibly more sanitary than watering down some dirt in your backyard. Non-toxic. Used in ceramics, large amounts of dry mix can be bought for cheap at a pottery supply store. Kaolin clay seems to be the smoothest. You can buy it at Wendt Pottery and other places online.

  Conditioner
Try this stuff, suggests MikeyB.  Use the cheap stuff like Suave.  It takes a long time to dry out! It also has amazing consistency.

  Cottage Cheese
Can leave a smell on you that takes a long time to wear off, but it can be worth it for the texture. Soft and mushy, the little globulets can feel sensuous as they run down your skin.

  Chocolate syrup
Tastes good and has good coverage. Too thick to be slippery if using it for wam sex, but the smell and sweetness of it is erotic..  Expensive.

  Corn Syrup
Great coverage and very sticky. The only national American brand is Karo. Available in light or dark. (The dark has more calories :)

  Dough
Made from flour and water, it may take days to get our of your hair. If it has no sugar in it, it's not as sticky. Add some oil to your dough mix to make it easier to get off and clean up.

  Eggs
The slimiest substance.  Don't use straight out of the fridge--let 'em warm up for an hour.  Here's advice from Splosh magazine (used by permission): Put the eggs in vinegar overnight.  The shells dizzolve, but the yolk and whites remain in their little pouches.  You'll have fun little egg balloons without sharp shells.

  Honey
Tastes good. More sticky than slippery--good for feathering.

  Jam/preserves/jelly
With certain types of jam, the texture of the fruit or little seeds have a surprisingly arousing feeling!  Sticky, but lasts a pretty long time.  Can stain skin fora few days.

  Jello
Two words: very cold! If it's not cold then it's Kool-Aid. Not as slippery as it's cracked up to be and doesn't stick--just turns into sticky water as it warms to room temp.  Stains skin very badly!

  Lotion
Lasts a long time.  Might be the only type of gunge you don't have to wash off--just towel off the excess.  And you can get it unscented.  Just be sure to use a kind that doesn't burn when it contacts the genitalia--many do! A good brand is Vaseline intensive care, but the kinds that usually burn are those cute scented types you get from bath shops.

Brian of Crazygirls notes that some girls find baby LOTION painful in contact with genital areas; other don't.  So try it gently first and be prepared to wash it off quickly.

  Marshmallow Fluff
I Dream of Creamy sums it up as, "Not the best experience. Not only was it a hassle to clean up (though, the hotter the water the better) but it was HARD. Think about it. Take your finger and 'flick' the fluff in the jar. It stops. No splat, no slow soft sinking, just an abrubt halt. So when you mound an entire jar onto a crust and throw it in your girlfriend's face, she screams, 'Ow, I think you broke my nose!' Not too sexy." The stuff does dissolve, with time, in plain water, unlike oil-based substances. Someone from Texas suggests that they create a great sticky food bondage.  Just Desserts recommends mixing adding a little water to it so it's not so thick.

  Mayonnaise
Buddsey recommends not using it.  He says it's not so good for wamming because it tends to get thicker and thicker.  Remember that mayo is jus toil and eggs.  It balls up into clumps and then it starts to really smell.  Lighter mayo is a little less smelly than regular but the experience still isn't all too good.  Also it's hard to get off in the shower.

  Methylcellulose
The near-perfect wam substance.  A natural starch found in plant cells (similar to Natrasol), it's crystal clear, very slimy, virtually odorless, will not stain, and totally safe.  You can vary its thickness from "syrup" to "mayonnaise" to "brick." You can add a little milk and/or food coloring to mimic mud, cum, whatever.  Used in movies for alien slime, in milkshakes to make them thick, veggie burgers to make them stay together when warmed, gluesticks, deodorants, facial cleansers, etc etc.  Even taken straight as a nutritional suplement/laxative.  It's the stuff that makes your shampoo thick.  Condom-safe sex lube is just methylcellulose with flavor added.  Washes out easily with plain water.  Relatively cheap: Fill a whole bathtub for about $30.  Having methylcellulose is basically like having thick water.  Totally edible, but you might not find it palatable to just eat! The problem is that it's a bitch to prepare.  Read more here.

  Mineral oil
DX suggests that it's cheaper than baby oil, and usually thicker. Unscented, too, and should not hurt mucous membranes. Will hurt comdoms though.

  Molasses
Great coverage and great if you want something opaque, dark, and sticky. A good similation of tar, and good for tarring and feathering if you're into that sort of thing.

  Mustard
It stains really bad! It has a pungent smell. If you can find a food reason to use this, other than for the sake of novelty, let me know!

  Natrasol
An industrial food thickener which comes in powder form. Usually use 1½ cups to a gallon of warm water. Natrasol can be obtained from the Basic Chemical Company Ltd, Unit 2, Hillbottom Road, Sands Industrial Estate, High Wycombe, Bucks HP12 4HJ, England. Telephone +44 (0)1494 450 701. Submitted by Bob.

  Paint
Be sure to use water-based paint.  Brian M.  auggests, "Instead of using paint alone, I normally mix it with joint compound to get a real sloppy mixture (it's like playing in colored mud).  The joint compound cleans up with water also." Phoenix recommends leaving the can of paint open for a day or two to thicken up a bit, and spot-checking your skin for sensitivity! Brian of Crazygirls has mentioned using a little kids' powder-paint and mixing it with oil instead of water for a used car-oil texture, or with butter for an axle-grease texture.  Imogen suggests, "Emulsion paint or house paint is fine but can be difficult to get out of hair if it dries.  I you use a large amount it doesnt dry :).  those squeezy kids paint are also fun.  They come in many colours which is a plus and there is no problem washing it off wet or dry...  Be preparde to [throw away] any clothes using it and i wouldnt use it on on blonde hair..."

  Peanut Butter
The general consensus is that peanut butter is a paint in the ass to use. But Sloppy recommends, "melting the peanut butter first then add [marshmallow fluff]. Then let it cool and put into a pie pan. Then throw it at a pretty woman's face." Wamonymous likes the stuff: "You might think that since it is oil based, other substances would slide off. But because peanut butter is also sticky, that's not the case. In fact, the oily factor allows you to use other things that would normally be a hassle to clean up, such as flour and water paste."

  Porridge/Oatmeal
Nice and slimy with a neat texture.  Doesn't stay slippery long because it dries up (Have extra water handy).  Dries the skin.  Instant oatmeal mixed with water has a nice, lumpy texture, but you can cook it to make it slimier and smoother.

  Pudding
If you like a smooth, creamy, edible consistency, pudding might be for you.  Just remember that the smell of milk takes a while to wear off.  Thanks to Steve S.  and his girl for this suggestion!

Also, Buddsey reminds us: Get premixed pudding, the largest can you can find, and blend in a small amount of corn oil and some corn starch.  The oil keeps the pudding from sticking and cuts down on the smell.  It also makes it more slimey.  The corn starch makes it a wee bit thicker.  Try it!

Davey D.  recommends to avoid the sour milk smell by using instant pudding, and instead of adding milk, adding water.  "It develops into the same consistency and texture as if made with milk.  The only (slight) drawback is it's not quite as tasty," he says.

  Sex Lubricant
Really just made of methylcellulose and flavoring.  Can be twice as slippery as baby oil, but it's expensive to be covering the entire body with.  Safe around condoms and sensitive areas--that makes it a great substance to saturate the whole crotch with, while using other gunge on the rest of the body(s).  If it gets dry, it can be revived to original texture with just quirt of water.

  Shaving Foam
Don't use menthol if you want to breathe! Also, Brian of Crazygirls recommends to keep the skin exposure short, especially in sensitive places.  And if your skin starts to feel warm or tight, you should wash it off at once!

  Shaving Gel
Creamslinger says, "Here's something my girlfriend turned me onto, Edge Shaving Gel! It goes on like lime jello, but when you begin playing around with it, it turns into a huge amount of shaving cream!" He advises to be really careful around the eyes, and to use the types for sensitive skin.

  Shortening
DX says, "It is very thick, super greasy, but harmless to you. Cleanup takes a long time, lots of warm water, soap and repeated washings... it comes out of you when you sweat for a day or two. Very fetish, very gooey."

  Shampoo/liquid soap
Lasts a long time.  Surprisingly slippery.  Smells good.  Can dry skin.  Washes off easily.  Can be painful if it gets inside.

  Udder Cream
Says DX, "Here Is a Non Greasy, yet heavy lotion/cream that is formulated to be used in sensitive areas. It is very nice for the skin and when used liberally it is a great lubricant. It even has a nice scent and washes off easily with warm soapy water. As always, use caution in sensitive areas, but I would think the soap used to clean up could be more harmful than this. Enjoy!"
You can get this stuff from www.uddercream.com.

  Vegetable Oil
Nice and slippery.  Warmer on initial application than other room-temperature substances.  Can ruin condoms.  Is painful to some girls if it gets inside.  Otherwise, it's great if you can keep it out of that area.  Try mixing in about a cup of water--since oil and water don't mix, you two will be more slippery than ever! To clean off of your skin, dish detergent works much better than bar soap, so keep a bottle in your shower.

  Wallpaper Paste
Michael and Jane recommend this substance: "The old-fashioned, powdered wheat starch kind you mix yourself.  It is extremely slippery and sensual, can be mixed to any desired consistency, can be mixed to any temperature, is creamy white (so that with a pale dress or outfit it combines shiny, transparent wetlook AND messy play), washes off with warm water in seconds....and very importantly, is very inexpensive (I can mix up over a gallon for about $1.50)."

  Whipped Cream
Nice and slippery, but you can't wash if all off the first time and the smell of sour milk will linger for days.  The cream mixed with the air makes a nice squishy sensation if you're sandwiching it between you and your lover's body.  Might be cold though.  Can curdle and get nasty if mixed with oil or some other substances, especially acidic ones.

  Yogurt/Cream
Nice, thick, smooth texture if brought to room temperature.  But again, will smell for a few days on your skin.
